Ingredients

  • 3 - Carrots
  • 1/2 litre - Milk
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - finely chopped cashews, Almonds and Pista
  • How to Make Really Quick Carrot Kheer:

    1. Boil the carrots and grind them in a mixer.
    2. Boil the milk and add the ingredients and the carrot. Bring it to boil.
    3. Serve hot or cold.
