How to Make Red Apple Chutney

  • Peel the apple and cut into small pieces.
  • Boil water in a pan and add chopped apples, sugar, lemon juice, cloves and cinnamon.
  • Boil till apple is cooked and mixture is just moist.
  • Mix in red chilli powder, black pepper, black salt and salt and cook for 2 more minutes, till apple is mushy.
  • Remove cinnamon sticks and cloves.
  • Serve chutney with any stuffed paratha.
