How to Make Red Capsicum Chutney

  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a small pan.
  • Fry chillies, garlic and jeera one after the other.
  • Then fry capsicum in the remaining oil.
  • Finally grind the entire thing with tamarind and salt without adding water.
  • Garnish it with coriander.
