  • 500 g - prawns, cleaned and deveined
  • Oil
  • 10-15 dry Red Chillies paste, as per taste
  • 4-5 Onions
  • 4-5 Curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp - Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar to be added while grinding Dried red chillies
  • How to Make Red chilly prawns:

    1. Grind the dried red chillies with 2-3 tsps of vinegar to a fine paste.
    2. In a wok, heat oil and fry the chopped onions until golden brown.
    3. Add a few curry leaves and coriander leaves.
    4. Add red chillies paste along with ginger garlic paste. Fry until oil separates.
    5. Add prawns, salt and cook (covered with lid) until a thick gravy is formed.
    6. If required add a bit of water and cover with lid.
    7. Garnish with coriander leaves
