How to Make Red snapper fillet with Parsley

  • Marinate the fish with chopped garlic, cumin powder, lemon juice, chilli paste, tomato paste, salt, pepper and oil.
  • Leave it to marinate for an hour.
  • Cook the fish on a charcoal grill for 3 mins on either side
  • For lemon sauce: Blend all the ingredients for the sauce together.
  • Serve hot with lemon sauce on the side.
