Ingredients

  • 15 Marie biscuits
  • 2 tbsp. desiccated Coconut
  • 2 tbsp. Milk powder
  • Red food colour
  • 3 tbsp. condensed Milk
  • 1 ½ tsp. Cream cheese

How to Make RED VELVET MODAK

  • Mix all the above ingredients and form into a hard dough, Make small round balls and keep aside.
  • Put the rounds in modak moulds and refrigerate for an hour.
  • Remove from moulds and serve.
