  • 1 litre vegetable stock
  • 800 gms. red Tomato
  • 100 gms. Carrot
  • 80 gms. red Onion
  • 10 gms. Garlic
  • 2 ml. Olive oil
  • 10 gms. Basil
  • 300 gms. whole spelt bread, diced into medium sized croutons
  • 200 gms. Honey
  • 100 gms. yellow cherry Tomatoes
  • How to Make Rehana`s Cream of Tomato Soup:

    1. Cook red tomatoes, garlic, onion, carrot and oil in the vegetable stock.
    2. Blend and strain.
    3. Season with salt and a little honey.
    4. Cut the yellow cherry tomatoes into cubes and add to the soup.
    5. Garnish with short braised broccolini, basil and croutons.
