  • 500 g - boneless Chicken
  • 1 cup - thick curds (beaten)
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1.5 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 6 Green chillies (ground to a paste)
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Reshmi Kebabs:

    1. Clean and wash the chicken pieces and pat dry.
    2. Hang the curds in a fine muslin cloth for 40 minutes.
    3. Add garam masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt, and oil to the curds and mix well.
    4. Marinate the chicken pieces in the curd mixture for 2 hours.
    5. Place the marinated chicken pieces on the round microwave plate.
    6. Cook at medium for 20 minutes, flipping sides 3 to 4 times.
    7. Stand 5 minutes before checking if done.
    8. Serve hot with onion kachumber and green chutney.
