  • 500 g - boneless chicken
  • 1 cup - thick curds (beaten)
  • 1 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 1.5 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 6 green chillies (ground to a paste)
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • salt to taste

How to Make Reshmi Kebabs

  • Clean and wash the chicken pieces and pat dry.
  • Hang the curds in a fine muslin cloth for 40 minutes.
  • Add garam masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt, and oil to the curds and mix well.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces in the curd mixture for 2 hours.
  • Place the marinated chicken pieces on the round microwave plate.
  • Cook at medium for 20 minutes, flipping sides 3 to 4 times.
  • Stand 5 minutes before checking if done.
  • Serve hot with onion kachumber and green chutney.
