Ingredients

  • 4 cups - Basmati Rice
  • 25 g - Kaju
  • Coconut cut into small cubes
  • Cardamom powder
  • 4 cups - Molasses
  • 4 cups - water
  • How to Make Rice Cake:

    1. Keep the rice overnight in water.
    2. In the morning, take it out from water and dry it well. Then grind it.
    3. Take a karai, add water and heat it.
    4. After 5 minutes, add kaju, coconut, cardamom powder, and molasses
    5. When it starts boiling, add the ground rice. Mix it well until it turns into a soft dough.
    6. Turn off the heat, spread the mix on a greased baking tray and bake for 30 min - after pouring some ghee on top.
