  • 500 g - coriander leaves
  • 1 small cup - cooked rice
  • 2 to 3 - red chillies
  • 2 to 4 - garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin powder

How to Make Rice coriander soup

  • Heat oil in a pan, add red chillies and chopped garlic and fry for a minute.
  • Then add the coriander leaves, saute well.
  • Add 1 cup of water, when the mixture starts boiling, blend it with a hand mixer and strain it.
  • Add salt, cumin powder and cooked rice, boil for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
