Ingredients

  • 100g - Rice flour
  • 100g - Jaggery
  • 100g - Ghee
  • 5 tsp - Fresh coconut, grated
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1 cup - Water

How to Make Rice kali

  • Roast rice flour in 50g ghee for 5- 10 mins. Keep aside.
  • Dilute the jaggery in water and strain the water.
  • Mix the jaggery with the rice powder and stir in the remaining ghee.
  • Keep stirring until it leaves the sides of the pan smoothly.
  • Add grated coconut and cardamom powder.
  • Serve hot.
