Ingredients

  • Brown Layer:
  • Brown Chocolate – 125 grams
  • Kellogg’s Rice Krispie – 75 grams
  • Maple Syrup – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 4 tbsp
  • White Layer:
  • White Chocolate – 150 grams
  • Kellogg’s Rice Krispie – 50 grams
  • Maple Syrup – 1 tbsp
  • Butter – 4 tbsp
  • Cashew nut Bits – 25 grams (optional)
  • Butter – extra for greasing.

How to Make Rice Krispie Chocolate Bites

  • In a heat-proof bowl over simmering water, melt and mix together; brown chocolate broken into small pieces, maple syrup and butter.
  • Remove and mix in the rice cereal.
  • Now pack and press down the brown layer in the greased rectangular 8×6 inch tiffin box.
  • Repeat the steps for white layer, add cashew nuts. Freeze for about 2 hours or until set.
