Ingredients

  • 1 tub - vanilla ice-cream
  • 1/2 cup - Cream
  • 1 handful - Almonds
  • 2 tbsp - honey.

How to Make Roasted Almond With Honey

  • Roast the almonds in a pre-heated oven at a moderate temperature for a few mins, till done. Cool completely and chop into thin flakes.
  • Cut the vanilla ice-cream into pieces.
  • Add cream and churn gently till soft and fluffy.
  • Add the almond flakes and honey. Mix well.
  • Set in the freezer.
