1 cup - Roasted Channa

1 - Medium onion, cut into small pieces

1 - Medium tomato, cut into small pieces

2 or 3 - Finely cut Green chillies or according to taste

1 tbsp - Ghee

Some finely chopped Coriander leaves (Optional)

Juice of half a Lemon

Salt to taste


  1. In a bowl, mix roasted channa with the chopped vegetables, the coriander leaves and the ghee and finally add little salt for taste.
  2. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and mix it well.
  3. Serve with tea or coffee.
