Ingredients

  • Bread - 8 slices
  • Sooji/rawa - 2 tbsp
  • Fresh Milk Cream - 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Medium onion, chopped - 1
  • Medium tomato, chopped - 1
  • Green chillies, chopped - 2
  • A handful of chopped Coriander leaves

How to Make Rock Toast

  • Mix all the ingredients - except the bread slices - in a bowl.
  • Spread this mixture on the bread slices.
  • Heat some oil/butter in a pan and place the bread with the mixture side facing down.
  • Flip the bread once it turns brown and cook the other side.
  • Cut the toast lengthwise and serve with ketchup.
