Ingredients

  • 1 Tin - Condensed Milk
  • 1 big Packet - Marie Biscuit
  • 1 tsp - Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp - Chocolate Powder
  • Condensed Milk 1 Tin
  • Cocoa powder 1 tsp
  • Chocolate Powder 1 tsp
  • 100 gm - Crushed Coconut

How to Make Roller Coaster

  • Crush the biscuit and add cocoa powder and chocolate powder. Make a dough with condensed milk.
  • Make a round ball. Place it on a polythene cover and roll it out into a thick chapatti and keep it aside.
  • Now add condensed milk to coconut. Mix well. Make a round ball. Keep it in a polythene bag. Roll it out like a chapatti.
  • It's size should be the same as that of the former one.
  • Place the coconut chapatti over the biscuit chapatti and roll them together.
  • Keep it in the freezer for 15-20 mins.
  • Cut it diagonally and serve chilled.
