  • 1/2 cup - Aval/Poha/Rice flakes
  • 2 cups - Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Water
  • 1/2 cup - Sweetened condensed Milk
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp - Rose water
  • 2 tbsp - Rose syrup
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • A few Pistachios (for garnishing)
  • How to Make Rose Poha Kheer:

    1. Heat the ghee, roast the poha until it turns mildly brown and add the milk, sweetened condensed milk, water, rose water and rose syrup.
    2. Cook everything in medium flame until the poha gets well cooked.
    3. Finally, add the cardamom powder and put off the stove.
