  • 150 g - desiccated Coconut
  • 75 g - Sugar or to taste
  • 3/4 cup - fresh rose petals
  • 1.5 cup - water
  • 1 tsp - rose water
  • 1/4 tsp - edible food colour
  • 2 tsp - rose syrup
  • 1 - silver leaf
  • How to Make Rosy Ladoo:

    1. Grind rose petals with some water.
    2. Heat a pan with water and add sugar. Keep stirring on low heat till a string-like consistency is achieved.
    3. When sugar is dissolved, add coconut and rose paste.
    4. Add colour.
    5. Cook on low heat till the mixture is quite thick.
    6. When the mixture leaves the corner of pan, remove from heat and add rose water.
    7. Leave to cool. Divide into small portions and roll into balls.
    8. Garnish with silver foil.
