Ingredients

  • 7 to 8 leftover chapattis
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 to 3 crushed Garlic flakes
  • A little bit of finely chopped Ginger
  • coriander for garnishing
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • A pinch of Hing
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • Spices (according to taste):
  • Turmeric powder
  • coriander powder
  • Red Chilli powder
  • Garam Masala
  • How to Make Roti Poha:

    1. Break the rotis into small pieces by hand.
    2. Put 3 tbsp of oil in a pan.
    3. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and hing when the oil is hot.
    4. Add chopped onions, ginger and garlic and saute until onions become light brown.
    5. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook for a while.
    6. Mix all the spices and salt.
    7. Then add the roti pieces and mix well.
    8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
    9. It's ready to serve.
