  • Chicken wings - 200 gms
  • Salt - 5 gms
  • Pepper - 3 gms
  • Thyme - 3 gms
  • Rauch beer - 500 ml
  • Oil - 10 ml
  • Habanera sauce Ketchup - 150 gms
  • Bbq sauce - 50 gms
  • Orange juice - 4 gms
  • Chipotle sauce - 4 gms
  • Habanero sauce - 8 gms
  • Salt - 5 gms
  • Pepper - 5 gms
  • Rauch beer - 200 ml

How to Make ROUCH BEER CHICKEN WINGS WITH SPICY HABANERA CHILLY DIP

  • Marinate the chicken wings with salt, pepper, thyme, oil, rouch beer
  • Soak the wings overnight
  • For habanera sauce in a sauce pan add ketchup, bbq sauce, habanera sauce, chipotle chili sauce, orange juice and bring it to boil.
  • Finally add the rouch beer and simmer to a glace consistency
  • Grill the chicken and brush the habanero glace.
