  • 1 cup saabudhana
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 3/4 cup moong dal
  • 5 Green chillies & Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt & 2 teaspoon oil
  • How to Make Saabudhana Upma:

    1. Soak saabudhana in the curd for 2 hours. Pressure cook moong dal.
    2. Splutter the mustard seeds, chillies in oil and mix the moong dal and soaked saabhudhana.
    3. Add the salt to taste.
