Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Mutton
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 25 g - cashews
  • 1 tbsp - Khus Khus
  • 1 tbsp - sesame
  • 2 tbsp - dried Coconut
  • 1cup - Yoghurt
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 2 - Onions
  • salt
  • oil
  • coriander for garnish.
  • How to Make Safed Gosht:

    1. Heat oil and fry onions till brown.
    2. Add the cleaned mutton pieces to onions and fry for a minute.
    3. Then add ginger garlic paste. And fry another 2 mins.
    4. Add all the other spices, (dry roast khus khus, sesame, coconut and powder), ground cashew and green chillies.
    5. Add all this to mutton with beaten yoghurt and salt.
    6. Fry for 5 mins.
    7. Add water and let it cook on slow fire till mutton is cooked.
    8. Now garnish with coriander leaves.
