Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Sago
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 3 - Cardamoms
  • A few Cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp - Ghee
  • Milk (as per need)
  • How to Make Sago - Sabudana Laddoos:

    1. Roast the sago for a few minutes along with cardamoms in a warm pan.
    2. Grind the roasted sago and cardamoms with sugar.
    3. Heat the ghee and roast the cashew nuts until they turn golden brown.
    4. Add the ground sago-sugar powder to the hot ghee and nuts, sprinkle the milk and make medium sized balls from this mixture.
