How to Make Sago - Sabudana Laddoos

  • Roast the sago for a few minutes along with cardamoms in a warm pan.
  • Grind the roasted sago and cardamoms with sugar.
  • Heat the ghee and roast the cashew nuts until they turn golden brown.
  • Add the ground sago-sugar powder to the hot ghee and nuts, sprinkle the milk and make medium sized balls from this mixture.
