Ingredients

  • Rice flour - 3 cups
  • Sago - 1 cup
  • Curd to soak Sago
  • Green chillies - 5, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup - grated Coconut
  • 2 tsps - mustard
  • How to Make Sago Dosai:

    1. Wash the sago in water first.
    2. Soak it in sour curd for 2 hours.
    3. Grind to a smooth batter and mix with rice flour and add salt.
    4. Add coconut, green chillies chopped fine, mustard seeds popped in oil.
    5. Use batter to make dosas.
