  • 8 medium pieces - salmon fish fillet
  • 2 cups - green vegetables (beans, cabbage, spinach, peas, spring onion, etc.)
  • 1 tsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tsp - dark Brown sugar
  • For the marinade:
  • 2 - kiwi fruit
  • 2 - Orange (winter)/sweet Lime
  • 4-5 - Green chillies
  • 1 small bunch - coriander stems (do not use leaves)
  • 1 tbsp - hung Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Salmon fruit curry:

    1. Make a fruit pulp paste with the kiwi and orange.
    2. Add the curd, crushed green chillies, finely chopped coriander stems, and salt to the fruit paste and mix.
    3. Put the fish fillets into it, mix well and let it marinate for 8-10 minutes.
    4. Grease a pan with olive oil and heat it well.
    5. Put the marinated fish into the pan.
    6. Shallow fry for 5-10 minutes until the fish is cooked.
    7. Heat another greased pan and saute all the green vegetables, add required seasoning and brown sugar, keep aside.
    8. When the fish is ready, serve hot with the sauteed vegetables.
    9. Serve hot with brown rice (steamed/flavoured) and salad.
