  • 8 medium pieces - salmon fish fillet
  • 2 cups - green vegetables (beans, cabbage, spinach, peas, spring onion, etc.)
  • 1 tsp - olive oil
  • 1 tsp - dark brown sugar
  • For the marinade:
  • 2 - kiwi fruit
  • 2 - orange (winter)/sweet lime
  • 4-5 - green chillies
  • 1 small bunch - coriander stems (do not use leaves)
  • 1 tbsp - hung curd
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Salmon fruit curry

  • Make a fruit pulp paste with the kiwi and orange.
  • Add the curd, crushed green chillies, finely chopped coriander stems, and salt to the fruit paste and mix.
  • Put the fish fillets into it, mix well and let it marinate for 8-10 minutes.
  • Grease a pan with olive oil and heat it well.
  • Put the marinated fish into the pan.
  • Shallow fry for 5-10 minutes until the fish is cooked.
  • Heat another greased pan and saute all the green vegetables, add required seasoning and brown sugar, keep aside.
  • When the fish is ready, serve hot with the sauteed vegetables.
  • Serve hot with brown rice (steamed/flavoured) and salad.
