Ingredients

  • 1 tin - pink salmon
  • 2 - mashed Potatoes
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 - green pepper, chopped
  • 1 - finely chopped Onion
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 - eggs
  • Oil to fry
  • How to Make Salmon Kebabs:

    1. Empty the salmon into a large mixing bowl.
    2. Add in the potatoes and the other ingredients.
    3. Beat the eggs thoroughly and add in to the bowl.
    4. Heat oil in a frying pan. Make small flat balls from the mixture and put it in the oil.
    5. Fry until both sides are brown, turning once.
    6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
