Ingredients

  • 1 tin - pink salmon
  • 2 - mashed Potatoes
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 - green pepper, chopped
  • 1 - finely chopped Onion
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 - eggs
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Salmon Kebabs

  • Empty the salmon into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add in the potatoes and the other ingredients.
  • Beat the eggs thoroughly and add in to the bowl.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan. Make small flat balls from the mixture and put it in the oil.
  • Fry until both sides are brown, turning once.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
