Ingredients

  • 2 - papad (papadum)
  • For Tomato Salsa:
  • 1 - tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 - green chilli, finely chopped
  • Few - coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 pinch - salt
  • 1/2 pinch - dried Mango powder
  • 1/2 pinch - black pepper powder

How to Make Salsa Stuffed Papadum

  • Heat a non-stick pan and roast the papad on both sides.
  • While the papad is still soft, spread the salsa stuffing in centre.
  • Wrap the papad from both sides and roast for a few more seconds.
  • Serve immediately, else the moisture from the salsa will dampen the papad.
