Ingredients

  • 2 - papad (papadum)
  • For Tomato Salsa:
  • 1 - tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 - green chilli, finely chopped
  • Few - coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 pinch - salt
  • 1/2 pinch - dried Mango powder
  • 1/2 pinch - black pepper powder
  • How to Make Salsa Stuffed Papadum:

    1. Heat a non-stick pan and roast the papad on both sides.
    2. While the papad is still soft, spread the salsa stuffing in centre.
    3. Wrap the papad from both sides and roast for a few more seconds.
    4. Serve immediately, else the moisture from the salsa will dampen the papad.
