  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Water - 3 cups
  • Green chillies - 2-3 diced
  • Ginger - 1 inch (grated)
  • Curry leaves - 10-12 leaves
  • Asafoetida (Hing) - 1 pinch
  • Salt - As per your taste

How to Make Sambharam

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend it for a minute.
  • Pour the sambharam into a tall glass.
  • Add some ice cubes and decorate it with mint leaves.
