Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Beef rump
  • 6 slices - White bread
  • 3 sticks - Cinnamon
  • 6 - Cloves
  • 3 tbsp - Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger-garlic paste
  • salt
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Vinegar

How to Make Sandwiches Beef Roast

  • Wash and cut the beef.
  • Marinade it with a little vinegar, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder and keep in the fridge overnight.
  • Next day, heat 2 cups of water in the pressure cooker and put the meat, cloves, cinnamon sticks, red chillies and pressure cook for one whistle.
  • Turn down to low flame, wait for the steam to escape.
  • When the steam has started to escape, put the weight back and cook for 10 mins and turn off the stove.
  • Store the cooled meat in the fridge.
  • Take it out and make slices whenever you want.
  • Fry the slices, put them between two slices of bread with onion rings, tomato slices and lettuce.
  • Add a little sauce/ salad dressing if you like.
