Ingredients

  • 250 g - brinjal
  • 100 g - potato
  • 50 g - coloccasia
  • 2 - drumstick
  • 50 g -tomato
  • 50 g - badi (prepared with urad dal)
  • 1 tsp - panch purhan
  • 2 -red chillies
  • 1 tbsp- refined oil
  • 5- 6 - cloves - garlic
  • coriander leaves
  • salt

How to Make Santula (Mixed Vegetable Curry)

  • Wash and cut vegetables into 2.5 inch pieces (except tomato).
  • Add 3 to 4 cups of water in a pan. When water comes to the boil, add vegetables.
  • Cut tomatoes and keep aside.
  • Cook vegetables till they become tender.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add badi and panch purhan.
  • When it pops, add crushed garlic, red chillies and tomatoes, stir it for a while.
  • Now add boiled vegetables to it.
  • Remove it from the fire and garnish with grated coriander leaves and serve hot.
