Ingredients

  • 1 - Potato
  • 1 - Raw banana
  • 1 -brinjal
  • 1 - red Pumpkin
  • 1 - gourd
  • 1 - Snake gourd
  • 1 piece - raw jack fruit
  • A few - flat beans
  • 4 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1 Onion - chopped finely
  • salt to taste
  • 2 - Red Chillies
  • 1/2 tbsp - mustard
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Santula:

    1. Cut the vegetables into equal sized pieces for uniform cooking.
    2. Take two cups of water in a big pan, add vegetables and salt and cook till the vegetables are tender.
    3. Take oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and broken red chillies.
    4. After a minute, add chopped garlic and onion.
    5. Add the boiled vegetables and cover.
    6. Mix and remove from fire.
    7. Serve.
