How to Make Santula

  • Cut the vegetables into equal sized pieces for uniform cooking.
  • Take two cups of water in a big pan, add vegetables and salt and cook till the vegetables are tender.
  • Take oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and broken red chillies.
  • After a minute, add chopped garlic and onion.
  • Add the boiled vegetables and cover.
  • Mix and remove from fire.
  • Serve.
