  • Onions - 2
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Tomatoes - 2 small
  • Frozen veggies (carrot, peas, corn and beans) - 450 g
  • Oil 2 -3 tsp
  • Cream - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Paneer - 200 g

How to Make Sassy Vegetable Kurma

  • Heat oil in a pan, toast paneer and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden brown. Add garlic, ginger and tomatoes.
  • Saute them well.
  • Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
  • Pour cream, milk and stir it well and allow it to boil for 15 minutes or till the yellowish orange colour is released and keep it aside.
  • Pressure cook the frozen veggies without water for 7-8 minutes.
  • Add the veggies to the sauteed milky mixture and add salt.
  • Cook it for 10 minutes.
  • Finally, add the fried paneer and mix it well.
  • Serve hot with chapatti.
