  • Onions - 2
  • Garlic - 3 Cloves
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Tomatoes - 2 small
  • Frozen veggies (carrot, peas, Corn and beans) - 450 g
  • Oil 2 -3 tsp
  • Cream - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Paneer - 200 g
  • How to Make Sassy Vegetable Kurma:

    1. Heat oil in a pan, toast paneer and keep it aside.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden brown. Add garlic, ginger and tomatoes.
    3. Saute them well.
    4. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
    5. Pour cream, milk and stir it well and allow it to boil for 15 minutes or till the yellowish orange colour is released and keep it aside.
    6. Pressure cook the frozen veggies without water for 7-8 minutes.
    7. Add the veggies to the sauteed milky mixture and add salt.
    8. Cook it for 10 minutes.
    9. Finally, add the fried paneer and mix it well.
    10. Serve hot with chapatti.
