How to Make

  • Mix syrup & corn flour in a heavy pan. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously, till mixture turns transparent, and coats the back of a spoon.
  • Add pineapple bits, essence and stir. Serve warm. Variations
  • Use canned litchis, mixed fruit, cherries etc. instead of grapes. Change the flour of the custard powder respectively.
  • Use few drops color where desired.
