Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 kg - sausages, casings removed
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 2 onions, chopped finely
  • 5 to 6 flakes garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups - Broccoli florets
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • pasta, cooked
  • parmesan cheese according to requirement
  • chopped black Olive for dressing

  • How to Make Sausage and Pasta Salami:

    1. Saute the sausages.
    2. Transfer sausage to paper napkins.
    3. Drain the drippings.
    4. Take some more oil in the same pan and saute all the vegetables till tender.
    5. Mix well with the sausages.
    6. Now add the tomatoes and toss well.
    7. Transfer in a salad bowl, add the pasta, cheese, black olives and the dressing.
