Ingredients

  • 300 g - water Spinach
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 3 Cloves garlic, sliced
  • 20 g - small red chillies, sliced
  • 50 g - shrimps, peeled
  • 1 tbsp - sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp - salted soy sauce
  • 1 tsp - Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp - sesame oil
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Sauteed Water Spinach with Shrimps

  • Heat the oil in a pan and saute the garlic and red chillies.
  • Add the shrimps and stir for two minutes.
  • Add the spinach and stir fry.
  • Add the salt, pepper and the sauces.
  • Sprinkle the sesame oil over it.
  • Serve hot with rice.
