Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Vermicelli
  • 10 - Onions, large finely chopped
  • 50 flakes - Garlic
  • 10 - Ginger, small pieces finely chopped
  • 40 - Cashewnuts pieces
  • 20 - Cardamom pods
  • 20 - Cloves
  • 15 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 10 - Cauliflower, finely chopped
  • 300 g - Beans
  • 100 g - Tomatoes
  • 100 g - Carrots
  • 15 tsps - Ghee
  • 1-1/2 litres - Water
  • 2 tsps - salt
  • 25 - Fried Bread pieces
  • 1 pinch - Sugar
  • How to Make Savoritt Vermicelli Biriyani:

    1. Fry the vermicelli and set aside.
    2. Fry vegetables, condiments and spices in ghee for 5-7 mins.
    3. Add water and milk to the cooked vegetables.
    4. Add vermicelli, salt and sugar to it and boil for a few minutes.
    5. Switch off the flame and add bread pieces.
    6. Mix them thoroughly.
    7. Serve after adding a squeeze of lime.
