  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup - Grated Carrots
  • 5 sprigs - Parsley leaves (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 3 tbsp - Water
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • How to Make Savoury Carrot and Parsley Pancakes:

    1. Beat the eggs well with corn flour, water, pepper powder and salt.
    2. Add the grated carrots and chopped parsley leaves and mix well.
    3. Heat a few drops of oil, pour a small quantity of the pancake batter and cook well on both sides.
