How to Make Savoury Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

  • Mix together the grated cheese, pepper powder, chopped chillies and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Butter the slices of bread on one side only.
  • Spread the grated cheese mixture on 4 of the buttered slices and cover with the remaining slices buttered side up.
  • Grill in an over or toast on a flat pan / tawa.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
