Ingredients

  • Part A:
  • cracker crust
  • 1 - large Egg white (slightly beaten)
  • Mix B:
  • 5 cups - fresh peeled apples (red)
  • 1/2 cup - powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup - Brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp - whole Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • Mix C:
  • 3/4 cup - whole Wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup - powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup - Brown sugar
  • 1 stick (1/3 cup) - melted Butter

How to Make Seb ka Pie

  • Brush egg white on crust, bake until light brown - about 6 minutes.
  • Combine B and mix well, spoon into crust.
  • Mix C and put on as the topping of the pie in thin sheets
  • Bake at 375 degrees F for about 50 minutes
  • Cool for about 4 hours.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream and hard sauce.
