Ingredients

  • Part A:
  • cracker crust
  • 1 - large Egg white (slightly beaten)
  • Mix B:
  • 5 cups - fresh peeled apples (red)
  • 1/2 cup - powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup - Brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp - whole Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • Mix C:
  • 3/4 cup - whole Wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup - powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup - Brown sugar
  • 1 stick (1/3 cup) - melted Butter
  • How to Make Seb ka Pie:

    1. Brush egg white on crust, bake until light brown - about 6 minutes.
    2. Combine B and mix well, spoon into crust.
    3. Mix C and put on as the topping of the pie in thin sheets
    4. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 50 minutes
    5. Cool for about 4 hours.
    6. Serve with vanilla ice cream and hard sauce.
