Ingredients

  • 300g -lean minced Beef
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 2 Egg - beaten
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp -chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp -pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp -dried Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp -Cumins powder
  • 2- limes, juice
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp -vinegar
  • 4-5- Cloves Garlic - crushed
  • 1/2 cup- chopped Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp-butter/ Ghee oil spray can
  • How to Make Seekh Kebab with parsley:

    1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
    2. Combine all the ingredients, except the oil, egg and bread crumbs. Mix well and leave to marinade.
    3. Spray oil onto your grilling rack (place a foiled tray below for fat dripping).
    4. Add the egg and crumbs into the meat and mix unevenly.
    5. Shape into firm oblong kebabs and skewer them.
    6. Place skewers on the grill rack and place this in the centre of the oven. Grill for 15 mins.
    7. Squeeze more lime if you like and broil at 300 degrees F on the top shelf for 5 mins.
    8. Serve with a sauce of your choice.
