Ingredients

  • 1 cup - semiya
  • Besan as required to make pakora dough
  • 4 - chillies, chopped
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • salt to taste

How to Make Semiya Pakora

  • Boil semiya in water for 5-10 minutes. When you touch it, it should be soft. Keep aside till it cools down.
  • Add besan and mix with cooked semiya.
  • Blend till you get a thick consistency.
  • Add chillies, onions and salt according to taste.
  • Fry in hot oil till it turns golden brown.
  • Serve with ginger chutney.
