  • 1 cup - semiya
  • Besan as required to make pakora dough
  • 4 - chillies, chopped
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Semiya Pakora:

    1. Boil semiya in water for 5-10 minutes. When you touch it, it should be soft. Keep aside till it cools down.
    2. Add besan and mix with cooked semiya.
    3. Blend till you get a thick consistency.
    4. Add chillies, onions and salt according to taste.
    5. Fry in hot oil till it turns golden brown.
    6. Serve with ginger chutney.
