  • 500g -semolina
  • 125g- margarine
  • 1 can (400 g)-sweetened condensed milk
  • Finely chopped almonds
  • 3 tbsp -sugar
  • 5 tbsp -milk powder
  • 2 tbsp -baking powder
  • 1 -orange, juice
  • water

How to Make Semolina Cake (Eggless)

  • Preheat oven at 180 degrees. In a large bowl, cream condensed milk, sugar and margarine. Completely fill the empty can of condensed milk with water.
  • Gradually add the water and semolina alternatively.
  • Mix well after each addition.
  • Finally, add baking powder, orange juice and chopped almonds.
  • Turn into 20 cm greased round cake mould.
  • Bake for about 30 mins or till cake test is positive.
  • Cool completely (allow cake edge to loosen from mould) and then remove from mould.
  • Serve with coffee or tea.
