How to Make

  • Roast the semolina in a pan for a few minutes.
  • Remove and keep aside.
  • Heat ghee and roast half the nuts and raisins and keep aside.
  • In the same vessel add water and sugar and bring to boil.
  • Lower heat, then add the milk and slowly mix in the semolina, condensed milk, raisins and nuts.
  • Simmer till all the water is absorbed and the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Serve garnished with fried nuts and raisins.
