Ingredients

  • 400 ml - Milk
  • 8 slices - Bread
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Few strands - Saffron
  • 8 pieces - Cardamom
  • 10 pieces - Cashew
  • 10 pieces - Badam
  • 10 pieces - Pista
  • Ghee/Butter - to deep fry
  • How to Make Shahi Milk Toast:

    1. Cut each slice of bread into 4 pieces.
    2. Deep fry bread pieces in ghee/butter till they are light brown in colour.
    3. Add the other items in milk and boil it for 15-20 mins.
    4. Pour milk in serving bowls and put the bread slices in them just before serving.
