Ingredients

  • 250 g - Potatoes
  • 50 g - mixed fruits (apple, banana, chikoo)
  • 50 g - mixed dry fruit powder (cashewnut, badam, pista)
  • 1 tsp - Corn flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • Oil for cooking
  • How to Make Shahi tikki:

    1. Boil and mash the potatoes.
    2. Add corn flour and a pinch of salt to it.
    3. Make small balls and form a cup shape.
    4. Fill these cups with the mixture of fruits and dry fruits.
    5. Close it and make round balls.
    6. Shallow fry these tikkis.
    7. Decorate with fruits and dry fruits.
