Ingredients

  • 250 g - Potatoes
  • 50 g - mixed fruits (apple, banana, chikoo)
  • 50 g - mixed dry fruit powder (cashewnut, badam, pista)
  • 1 tsp - Corn flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • Oil for cooking

How to Make Shahi tikki

  • Boil and mash the potatoes.
  • Add corn flour and a pinch of salt to it.
  • Make small balls and form a cup shape.
  • Fill these cups with the mixture of fruits and dry fruits.
  • Close it and make round balls.
  • Shallow fry these tikkis.
  • Decorate with fruits and dry fruits.
