Ingredients

  • 6 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - chilli Powder
  • 5 tbsp - Cooking Oil
  • 1 tsp - Garam-Masala
  • 5 - Flakes Garlic
  • 1 inch- Ginger
  • 2 - Onions
  • 1 tsp - pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp - salt to taste
  • 1 Kg - Shark (Moosi)
  • 3 tbsp - Vinegar.
  • How to Make Shark Fish Salad:

    1. Boil the shark pieces until cooked. Then remove the bones from the shark, and separate the flakes and keep aside.
    2. Mince the green chillies, ginger and garlic and keep aside.
    3. Then heat oil in a handi, saute the onions, and other minced masala. Add this to the masala powders.
    4. Now add the fish and fry it with the masala. Add the vinegar and salt and blend well.
    5. Use as a sandwich spread.
