Ingredients

  • 6 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp - chilli Powder
  • 5 tbsp - Cooking Oil
  • 1 tsp - Garam-Masala
  • 5 - Flakes garlic
  • 1 inch- Ginger
  • 2 - Onions
  • 1 tsp - pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp - salt to taste
  • 1 Kg - Shark (Moosi)
  • 3 tbsp - Vinegar.

How to Make Shark Fish Salad

  • Boil the shark pieces until cooked. Then remove the bones from the shark, and separate the flakes and keep aside.
  • Mince the green chillies, ginger and garlic and keep aside.
  • Then heat oil in a handi, saute the onions, and other minced masala. Add this to the masala powders.
  • Now add the fish and fry it with the masala. Add the vinegar and salt and blend well.
  • Use as a sandwich spread.
