Ingredients

  • 1 litre - milk
  • 15 - almonds (sliced)
  • 15 - pistas (sliced)
  • 10 - dry dates (sliced)
  • 10 g - charoli (soak in water and remove skin)
  • 2 tsp - white khus khus
  • 10 g - roasted vermicelli
  • 2-3 cinnamon pieces
  • 5 - cardamom
  • Sugar as needed
  • 2 tsp - ghee

How to Make Sheer Khurma

  • Fry the ghee, cinnamon and cardamom.
  • When it is hot, add milk and boil.
  • Add the ingredients one by one, except vermicelli.
  • Boil till the milk is thick.
  • Now add sugar and white khus khus and boil for 7 minutes.
  • Finally, add vermicelli and boil for 2 minutes and serve.
