Ingredients

  • 1 litre - Milk
  • 15 - Almonds (sliced)
  • 15 - pistas (sliced)
  • 10 - dry Dates (sliced)
  • 10 g - Charoli (soak in water and remove skin)
  • 2 tsp - white Khus Khus
  • 10 g - roasted vermicelli
  • 2-3 Cinnamon pieces
  • 5 - Cardamom
  • Sugar as needed
  • 2 tsp - Ghee
  • How to Make Sheer Khurma:

    1. Fry the ghee, cinnamon and cardamom.
    2. When it is hot, add milk and boil.
    3. Add the ingredients one by one, except vermicelli.
    4. Boil till the milk is thick.
    5. Now add sugar and white khus khus and boil for 7 minutes.
    6. Finally, add vermicelli and boil for 2 minutes and serve.
