How to Make

  • Melt butter on low-fire and roast cashew pieces for 1/2 minute.
  • Add sooji and roast for two more minutes.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly and then keep stirring continuously until all the milk evaporates. This should not take more than five minutes.
  • Cool for 15 minutes.
