Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Beef
  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 - onions, sliced
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Shredded Beef Mash:

    1. Boil the beef in sufficient water and a little salt till tender.
    2. Drain and keep the soup aside.
    3. Boil the potatoes and keep aside.
    4. Shred the meat into bits.
    5. Mix all the above ingredients together with the shredded meat and 1/2 cup of the left over soup.
    6. Mix in the boiled potatoes.
    7. Simmer on a low heat till the soup dries up.
    8. Serve.
