Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs - large uncooked shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • 4 - large red pepper cut into squares
  • 4 - large yellow pepper cut in to squares
  • 16-20 - large Mushrooms
  • 16-20 - cherry Tomatoes
  • 12 - skewers soaked 30 minutes in water
  • For the mustard sauce:
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp - Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup - white wine Vinegar
  • 2tbsp - water
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Parsley
  • How to Make Shrimp kebabs with mustard sauce:

    1. Mix all the ingredients for the mustard sauce in a bowl.
    2. Alternate shrimp and vegetables on the skewers.
    3. Heat the BBQ.
    4. Brush the kebabs with sauce.
    5. Grill until shrimp are cooked, basting occasionally.
